Location:	South Fork Flathead River, Spotted Bear Ranger District, just outside wilderness
Work:	Want to spend the weekend camping out, floating the river AND helping out? Look no further! This is the perfect introductory trip for those wishing to help out, but without the time to join us for a whole week. We'll be floating the South Fork of the Flathead River from Cedar Flats River Access to the South Fork Bridge to GPS inventory noxious weed populations. Then we'll return to Spotted Bear Ranger Station to enjoy an evening BBQ, bathroom facilities and a night under the stars. Sunday we will float again and continue with our mapping and add some hand pulling to combat these invaders. Join us to help fight weeds on this designated Wild & Scenic river! This is a car camping trip with bathroom facilities. Participants should bring a daypack with lunch (for Saturday), snacks, water (3 liters recommended) and lightweight rain gear. BMWF will provide dinner on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday. You will be asked to provide your own camping gear and assist in camp chores. River shoes (not flip flops), sunscreen and work gloves are required. All tools and safety gear will be provided.
